Our room at Hotel Rao was on the third floor and there was no elevator, which was a bit inconvenient for my elderly mother. However, the receptionist went out of his way to find us a room on the first floor and even helped us with our luggage. Additionally, when we arrived at the hotel after 8pm and found out that the restaurant was closed, the receptionist ordered pizza for us and made sure we were taken care of. The staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful, and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and good location.

We loved the helpfulness of the staff, they answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with excellent daily cleaning. the hotel's location was ideal, situated between the city center and the airport. Being close to the university was a bonus for us. the nearby Iulius Mall was convenient for shopping, with a great selection of national and international brands. the breakfast was enjoyable, and the walk to the city center took us about 25 minutes. Supermarkets were also within easy reach, which was convenient for our needs. Getting to the airport was a breeze, with options for taxis, buses, and frequent departures.
